To get to Pine Beach Pakoštane by car, travelling on the A1 highway, pull off the highway at the Benkovac / Biograd / Pakoštane exit and take the direction of Pakoštane / Vrana. After that you will arrive at Pine Beach Pakoštane in just 15 minutes.

If you are travelling by **plane**, the nearest airport is Zadar Airport, and after that, Split Airport.

If you are travelling by boat from Italy, the nearest ferry line is Ancona - Zadar.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

Yes, there is a designated parking area available for summit attendees. The parking lot is located adjacent to the main venue and offers ample space for vehicles. We recommend carpooling when possible to reduce environmental impact and ensure parking availability for all participants.

The Luminaries Summit is scheduled as follows:

• – Check-in: September 16, 2025, at 3:00 PM
• – Opening Ceremony: September 16, 2025, at 8:00 PM
• – Closing Ceremony: September 21, 2025, at 8:00 PM
• – Checkout: September 22, 2025, after breakfast

Attendees are encouraged to arrive during the check-in period to complete registration and settle in before the opening ceremony.

Here’s a checklist of items to pack for the Festival:

• – Yoga Mat: Although some mats will be available on-site, consider bringing your own.
• – A sarong, lunghi, or robe
• – Sunscreen: Protect yourself from the sun by bringing sunscreen or purchasing it upon arrival at the resort.
• – Journal or Notebook and Pen: Bring a personal writing tool to capture your thoughts, insights, and experiences during the festival. A journal or notebook, along with a reliable pen, will allow you to jot down memorable moments, reflect on workshops, or sketch ideas inspired by the summit's atmosphere.
• – Sun Hat: Pack a sun hat for daytime activities—the August sun can be intense.
• – Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is crucial, especially during yoga sessions. Bring a reusable water bottle to keep yourself refreshed.
• – Layers: While September days are typically warm, nights can cool down due to sea breezes. Pack a couple of layers to stay comfortable.
• – Photo ID: Remember to bring your photo ID for registration and other event activities where it may be required.

And one item to leave off your packing list:

• Fireworks: Open flames, including fireworks, are prohibited on the entire event site due to fire risk during the hot, dry months.

No, we don't offer day passes or tickets for individual performances. The festival's concept revolves around the entire journey of transformation, which is best experienced through full attendance.

Due to the nature of our summit, we are unable to offer refunds. We won't grant refunds or credits for failure to attend, incomplete attendance, late arrival, or early departure. However, we understand that life circumstances and plans can change. In such cases, we offer you the option to either sell your ticket or use it for next year's festival.
