These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Luminaries website and the services provided through our platform. By using our website and booking a travel experience, you agree to abide by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

Services Offered
Luminaries provides curated travel packages designed to elevate your life’s experiences, focusing on personal growth, spiritual enlightenment, and transformation. All travel packages, events, and experiences are subject to availability and specific terms, which will be outlined at the time of booking.
3.
Booking and Payment
To reserve a travel experience, you must complete the booking process on our website. Payment for your booking is required at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated. We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards. By confirming your booking, you agree to the payment terms outlined during the checkout process.

Cancellation &Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your booking, please review our cancellation policy outlined on the booking page. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation terms of the specific event or travel package.

User Conduct
As part of the Luminaries community, we expect all users to engage respectfully and responsibly. You agree not to engage in any activities that disrupt the services or the experiences of other travelers. This includes, but is not limited to, abusive behavior, unlawful activities, or any conduct that may harm the reputation of Luminaries.

Your privacy is important to us. We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our website, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Luminaries Summit Ticket Information
What's Included:
- Full Festival Access: Each festival ticket grants you full access to all festival activities for 6 days.
- Accommodation & Meals: Your ticket includes accommodation at Pine Beach Resort and all meals during the event.
Important Information:
- Child Tickets: Children up to 16 years of age are welcome for a fee of 600 EUR, and children under 3 years old, free of charge. You can use this option by writing to us at support@luminaries.earth.
- No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted at either venue.
- Substance-Free Event: Please note that we are a substance-free festival. Alcohol, and other drugs are strictly prohibited.
- Participation at Your Own Risk: Please note that attending the event is your own responsibility.
- Limited Liability: Organizers are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Travel health insurance is spanly recommended, as the organizers are not responsible for accidents or lost/damaged personal belongings.
- Photo & Video Consent: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to potentially be included in photos or videos used for promotional materials. Opt-out by contacting [email address removed].
Registration & Updates:
- Registering for the event confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- You will receive further event updates and information to the email address provided during registration.
Ticket Policy:
- Non-Refundable: Tickets are non-refundable due to the nature of the event. This includes circumstances such as weather, illness, or personal emergencies.
- Transfers Permitted: You can sell or transfer your ticket at your own responsibility. If you decide to sell your registration fee, write to us at support@luminaries.earth with the name, surname and email of the person you sold the registration fee to so we can make changes.
Event Cancellation:
- Our Cancellation Policy: In the rare case that we must cancel the event, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will then have the option of receiving a 50% refund or transferring your ticket to the next festival in Croatia, and in that case your ticket will also be valid at other locations where the Luminaries Summit will be held, with a possible additional charge for the difference in price. Please note that we are not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for the cancelled event, such as travel or lost work.
Travel & Health Insurance:
- Your Responsibility: Travel, cancellation, and health insurance are your sole responsibility.
- Fitness & Mental Wellbeing: You acknowledge that the festival requires a certain level of physical and mental fitness.
- Liability Waiver: By attending the festival, you waive any claims against the Luminaries Summit for damages, injuries, or consequential damages that may occur during the event.
